This leaves you to carry out your work knowing your fire safety management is been looked after.

If you have current providers for any of these services that is fine, we will just ensure that they are carried out when they should be on your behalf and entries to the logbook made or we can provide you with or arrange the servicing for you.

How do we achieve this?


We are always available for support to all our customers but as part of a management service we provide you with a digital cloud based fire safety logbook where all fire safety related matters are entered just as they would be in a physical logbook where any documentation such as job sheets and certs can also be uploaded to.


We will fully manage this to ensure all entries are made and your logbook is up to date which both we and you the customer will have access to.


What does it cost?

The cost for the management service starts at £25 p/m or £250 per year per customer and includes:


  • ​Arrange site visits on your behalf, fire alarm, emergency lighting etc.

  • Digital logbook maintenance inc document uploading.

  • Fire policy reviews & implementation

  • Existing fire strategy review & implementation where required.

  • Liaise with Fire Service on your behalf if required.

  • Ongoing Telephone and Email Support.


We can arrange your services as stand alone services for you or for £25 a month less if paid yearly we will ensure all servicing, training, drills and documentation is up to date so if the fire service do decide to audit your premises you can be assured all documentation & policies are up to date.

Additional Costs

Any of the services such as risk assessment, fire alarm maintenance listed above where requested from us will acquire additional costs on top of the management fee but we can normally add the costs to your monthly fee so you are not paying upfront.
