If you have current providers for any of these services that is fine, we will just ensure that they are carried out when they should be on your behalf and entries to the logbook made or we can provide you with or arrange the servicing for you.



How do we achieve this?

 

As part of the service, we provide you with a digital fire safety book where all fire safety related matters are entered just as they would be in a physical logbook where any documentation such as job sheets and certs can also be uploaded to.

 

We will fully manage this to ensure all entries are made and your logbook is up to date which both we and you the customer will have access to.

 


What does it cost?

The cost for the management service is £20 p/m or £200 per year per customer and includes:

 

  • Appointment setting.

  • Digital logbook maintenance inc document uploading.

  • Fire Policy Reviews.

  • Existing fire strategy review & implementation where required.

  • Liaise with Fire Service on your behalf if required.

  • Regular newsletter keeping you up to date with any changes in legislation and more.

  • Free access to the 1st module of any online course in our health & safety course suite

  • Ongoing Telephone and Email Support.

 

That’s £20 a month less if paid yearly to ensure all servicing, training, drills and documentation is up to date.

 

Additional Costs

Any of the services such as risk assessment, fire alarm maintenance listed above where requested from us will acquire additional costs on top of the management fee but we can normally offer you offer some services at a discounted rate.

For example all our fire risk assessments come with fire door surveys included allowing you to offset the cost of the survey against the assessment.
