Your Right to Cancel (UK Distance Selling Regulations)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
2. Extended 30-Day Returns Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended 30-day returns period from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, fire extinguishers must be:
-Unused and uninstalled
-Undamaged and in fully resalable condition
-Returned in their original packaging (where reasonably possible)
-Complete with all accessories, documentation, and safety seals intact
-We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply a deduction if the product shows signs of use, installation, discharge, tampering, or damage.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
-Fire extinguishers that have been used, discharged, or installed
-Products with broken safety seals or missing components
-Customised or special-order items (unless faulty)
-These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty or misdescribed.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the applicable return period, quoting your order number. We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel or return.
5. Return Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for unwanted items, in line with UK distance selling regulations.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as returned goods remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us.
If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied, we will cover reasonable return costs.
6. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected:
-Refunds will be processed within 30 days
-Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
-Original outbound delivery charges will be refunded where required by law (standard delivery only)
We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and condition of the goods.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
